IS  YOUR  NUMBER  UP?

In an emergency, every second counts.  The quicker fire and paramedic crews can find a house, the faster they can provide help and less time is taken away from other pressing needs.  MRFSC recently received a grant from CAL FIRE's California Climate Investment Program to assist property owners in making sure their address is properly installed in accordance with local and state address identification criteria (see below) so that first responders can better locate your property in an emergency.

Under this program, MRFSC will correct the violation – at no charge to you!  All that is required is your completion of the request form as soon as possible.

.

You can fill out the form below, or you can print the pdf file, fill it out and

return the hard copy via mail to PO Box 2582, Running Springs, CA 92382.

OR scan and email to MountainRimFSC@gmail.com. You can download the

form by clicking on the pdf icon at the right.

THE WORK REQUIRED TO BRING YOUR PROPERTY INTO COMPLIANCE WILL BE REVIEWED WITH YOU   AND YOUR FORMAL AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE MRFSC's CONTRACTORS PROCEED

Participation in this free program is not mandatory, but failure to correct the violation(s) may result in your receiving a citation from local authorities charged with Code Enforcement.  MRFSC cannot commit to re-visit your issue and correct it later if you contact us AFTER receiving a citation as funds are limited and properties are being addressed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Mountain Rim Fire Safe Council is happy to offer this free service to improve emergency response for your property and to bring it into compliance with local and state codes.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call 866-923-3473 or email us via the contact page
